Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals

A sustainable business is a balancing act. I want to be flexible in scheduling so it’s easy for you to get massage. And I want to be sure my schedule is consistent so I earn a reliable living wage.

Cancellations and Reschedules

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do as soon as possible. There is no fee for cancelling or rescheduling. But more time allows me to offer that appointment to another client, so I really appreciate whatever you can do.

No-shows

Life happens, I get it. The scheduling system I have in place sends several reminders before your scheduled appointment in hopes of keeping the memory fresh. Should you forget or consciously choose to miss your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment price. You will be invoiced via email and this amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

Traffic, childcare, herd of elephants! Lots of things can try to keep you from making your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, but I will do my best to provide a full service as long as it doesn't dip into another clients time. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
